Legal Kekenke Weekly Brief

Legal Kekenke Weekly Brief

In the words of Charlotte Brontë, "Laws and principles are not for the times when there is no temptation: they are for such moments as this, when body and soul rise in mutiny against their rigour ... If at my convenience I might break them, what would be their worth?"

The knowledge of law is sacrosanct in order to safeguard and enlighten the members of the society about their societal rights and obligations. With this understanding, we hereby introduce a new initiative titled "Legal Kekenke Weekly Brief"

Legal Kekenke Weekly Brief is a concise weekly publication that offers key insights on closely related legislations, principles and decided cases in some selected areas of law. It encapsulate the essence of a legal issue or principle, making them easy to remember and apply in a variety of contexts, even for non-lawyers.

In such light, even the least law illiterate can be fully abreast with his rights and responsibilities and avoid any further subjugation that may results from his ignorance of the law.
