 LSRC v PRESIDENT: Equity Private Chamber Serves The Ruling Of The Students' Judicial Council On The Interim Injunction Order To Suspend The Inauguration Of The BOJ Members 


Following previous reports on the inauguration of the appointed members of the Board of Justice and the defiance shown towards the Law Students' Representative Council (LSRC), Legal Kekenke reports as seen, as the counsel from Equity Private Chamber, in the person of Olatunde Olayinka (TEECLAZIQ) on behalf of LSRC served the respondents on the application, namely the President (Adelaju Amos) and the Attorney General of the society (Idowu Joshua), with an interim injunction order that was filed earlier this morning.

In the ruling obtained and duly signed, the Students Judicial Council granted an interim injunction order suspending the supposed inauguration of the new Body of Justices, Law Students' Society which held today on June 16, 2023.
