The 4th of December 2024 marked the end of an era in LSS AAUA as the TOMTOM led administration was dissolved. Undoubtedly, the administration through several projects and achievements has raised the standard of administration in LSS.
The end of the TomTom led administration therefore birthed the inauguration of a new set of leaders. The ceremony started with an opening prayer which was led by Arigbabuwo Ayomide the newly inaugurated financial secretary, after which the faculty anthem was sung.
The Outgone President, Adejute Oluwatomisin delivered a valedictory speech as he began by thanking God for the completion of a fulfilling tenure and appreciated all members of executive in his administration for their hard work and support which led to the success of his administration.
The outgone executives (2023/2034 academic session) were appreciated and dissolved by Dr. Akin Oluwadayisi, a renowned lecturer and faculty staff adviser who was present on behalf of the Dean of the faculty, Professor Olubayo Oluduro.
The newly elected executives were then called forth, advised and were presented before the faculty. They took an oath of allegiance and were sworn in, pursuant to the Oath laws of Ondo State and Section 75 of the Law Student Society Constitution.
They were all jointly and severely inaugurated.

Public Relations Officer - Sanmi - Alao Anuoluwapo (Anu)
Financial Secretary - Arigbagbuwo Ayomide Islamiyat (Mide)
Assistant General Secretary - Olorunyomi Raymond (Dee Justice)
Welfare Director - Ogunesan Olaitan Hannah (Olaitan)
Social Director - Taye Henry Oluwadamilare (Henry)
Sports Director - Arukuje Daniel Oluwagbenga (Dani fx)
Librarian - Gold Damilola (Gold)
Treasurer - Adeshina Blessing (Deeblex)
Chief Liaison Officer - Falese Temidayo Ezekiel (Barrytemmy)
The new Law students representatives council(LSRC); which consists of fifteen Honourables, also swore an oath and were inaugurated by Dr. John Akinselure, on behalf of the Dean of the faculty, congratulated the Honourables and wished them a successful tenure.
The inauguration was chaired by Dr. John Akinselure, Dr. Akin Oluwadayisi and Mr. Oluwafemi Ebenezer who represented the faculty officer.
The newly inaugurated President, Oguntibeju Adewale in his speech said administration mantra is "let results do the talking". This is in agreement with the words of Peter Drucker where he said
“Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by results not attributes.
Dr Akin Oluwadayisi welcomed everyone to a new era and promised that the faculty will ensure that students' results are uploaded timely. He also challenged the new executives; The Oguntibeju led administration, to break and surpass the record of the previous administration.
He challenged them on the issue of raising funds which has always been a challenge for the law faculty, not only for the society but to also assist the faculty.
He also emphasized the fact that while it is important to be very active as executives, the primary goal and objective of a student is his academics, which must not suffer.
Dr. Akin Oluwadayisi also encouraged the female members of the faculty to raise female presidential candidates. He went further by saying as he advised the members of the faculty to partake in social activities as “education does not only include academics"
He reiterated that character and academics are the requirements for being a legal practitioner.
The Public Relations Officer; Sanmi Alao Anuoluwapo while giving the vote of thanks promised to serve the members of the society and work hand in hand with her fellow executives.
The inauguration ended exactly at 2:19 pm with prayers led by Mr Oluwafemi Ebenezer.
